To book a token, call or WhatsApp us with your Patient ID, Name, Visit Date and Session — please request one only if you can attend during that period.
- Token numbers help manage patient flow and do not guarantee an exact consultation time.
- This system is designed to improve your experience — it cannot guarantee a fixed consultation time. If you're not available when your token number is called, you'll be moved to the next active token number instead of holding up the queue. To avoid this, please stay present and available before your token number is called out.
- Please monitor your live status and arrive before your token is called — late arrivals may be seen after other active patients.
- Consultation order may be adjusted for medical emergencies or at the doctor's discretion.
- Notifications and dashboard updates are a convenience and may occasionally be delayed due to network or technical issues.
- By using the Smart Digital Token System, you agree to these terms, which Elysian Clinic may update at any time.
